Victoria Barayev, originally from the Former Soviet Union, now reside in Atlanta, GA where they raise three beautiful children. As a young mother, Victoria always struggled with her health. Constant problems kept her in the doctors offices weekly. At the age of thirty she had already suffered from duodenal ulcer,hypothyroidism, interstitial cystitis and multiple pains in her bones and muscles the nature of which has remained undiagnosed. She had to be taking many medications and was not happy about it.After discovering macrobiotics she began to learn a new lifestyle.She took several cooking classes and started to prepare meals and home remedies for herself and her family.
Within a short period of time both Simon and Victoria noticed significant improvements in their health. Victoria was able to restore her energy and get rid of many aches and pains.Simon lost extra 80 pounds of weight. Among his problems that disappeared in almost no time were severe asthma, allergies, high blood pressure, constant headaches, multiple lipomas all over his body.
