If you like sesame flavor this grinder is for you. Simply toast raw sesame seeds in a dry pan - don't let them burn, just heat until fragrant and golden - and then grind them in the slicky. I use them over asparagus, bok choi, swiss chard, eggplant, whatever. The flavour is fantastic and the grind just right.
